The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering fantastic recommendations and making my experience enjoyable. However, I had a negative encounter at check-in, which cast a shadow over what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Overall, I appreciated the clean rooms and hearty breakfast, but customer service needs some improvement. 🌆✈️
